-I choose these areas because well, who doesn't like to recomp?
-At some point (mostly right now at summer time) loads of people love
getting l-ean and shredded for their vacations etc.
-Some information for the people who are newer to the lifting scene, these
are the people allways looking for direction including myself, I think this is a
good way of stressing the importance of nutrition etc among the newcomers
and as we all know Kim is huge, the sort of guy who newbies would listen to.
-Powerbuilding is a great way to get big and also lift big numbers, who
wouldn't like to be able to look and lift better than any other guy in the gym?
-Finally product specific training, hey this is AX TV, we need some AX info in
here! Some of the main supplement questions on here are about product
dosing times and how to get the best out of their money, this should help
answer most of the viewers questions regarding AX products.

Thanks buddy would be nice to see any of those options though to be honest, those are just the ones that could relate to many in my opinion including myself!

All the information would be awesome, but i'm especially interesting in either getting bigger arms since i'm hindered by my genetics and the powerlifting techniques, that would be just great, always want new information to assist my lifts

Right now I am interested in:

How to overcome growth/strength plateaus - Having a problem with this.

Building a powerful bench press - Having a problem with this.

Cutting strategies for getting lean and shredded - I know a lot about this but tips from a pro can help.

How to properly recomp your body (gain muscle while losing fat) - I've read articles on this and it is possible but very hard.

just got back from AZ and the 3 day video shoot for AX television. had a blast! checked out the AX home office, put some names with faces, and sweat my ass off lol.. talk about some heat! got some killer gym footage and training sessions, put together some killer audio commentary as well. kevin, ken, and myself were at it pretty much all day and into the late evenings. for the time we had got a s**tload done. it should turn out bad ass when it gets back from the editing guys.. thanks AX!

covered just about everything, each indiv. muscle group: chest, arms, shoulders, back, legs, then a segment on the 3 best overall mass builders,-squats, deads,and bench press, shot special segment for MassFX and AXcell, also a ton of commentary.. used a couple of different gyms..was a blast to do. really thing we didnt dive into was calves and abs because of time constraints..
