Default busy but well rested

Well I'm just reporting back in since my last post.

I stopped usage on Saturday and Sunday due to severely needing some rest. I think the additional stress my job created for me last week left me feeling totally exhausted but unable to sleep. Over the weekend we had some early morning things to accomplish so I slept in the middle of the day for about an hour or 2.

So as of today at 6:30am, I'm back on SX and I'm feeling much much better. Well rested and full of energy after SX started kicking in. I'm happy to report, no cotton mouth because I've been drinking a full glass of water every 1.5 - 2 hours if not more. Had a Fiberone bar for lunch and fiberone cereal for breakfast. I wasn't hungry btw but I know if my energy dips too low I start feeling like crap so I had to sort of force myself to eat something. Did some weight lifting just because I felt like it and got a lot of work done too.

I'll report back later in the week once I get more consistent with my SX usage. Any suggestions or comments.

Default My experience so far

Ok this will be my last response in this thread... and I'll start posting in a new area with updates and my experience.

First of all, my experience has been very good. Appetite suppression is awesome but if I let my blood sugar levels drop too low (i'm just guessing my blood sugar is low since I haven't eaten all day) I start to feel crappy regardless of the intended good feeling you're suppose to have and I think this is normal. I have noticed after taking SX on an empty stomach, if I eat about .5 hour - 1 hour later, I feel much better and that good mood feeling is definitely there. Pretty much everything advertised is what I've experienced. This is really helping me eat small meals throughout the day instead of getting that major hungry feeling and stuffing my face. Not to mention, i'm being selective about what I eat because cravings for potato chips or any junk food just isn't there.

The energy boost is very subtle to non-existent. I'm just not tired in the middle of the day like I am normally. I don't feel like I WANT to go and lift a semi-truck like ripped fuel was. I still feel gassy with or without water but that's just me I guess. I have a pre-existing condition that I have had under control for about a year with just breathing/relaxation techniques, I have acid reflux which creeps up every now and then, but I don't take any medication for it just in case you're wondering.

In conclusion: SX is working awesome for me. After the first few days of adjusting it's been smooth. Hunger and food cravings gone. Now the rest is up to me to get more active, work out, and create a diet plan for me that I can stick to.. Then try to ween myself off SX and maintain that diet and higher energy.

the key really with SX is to find your tolerance and adjust the dose accordingly.. bodyweight, activity level, age, bodyfat %, taken with or without meals, stim. tolerance levels, and i'm sure so many other factors all play a role in how we as individuals respond to SX. the key is to finding how it works best for you and at what dose. originally at 255lbs. 1 cap. would do the trick, now, being around the 290lb. mark, i've bumped it up to 2 caps/day, and the results are fantastic. takes just a little bit of trial and error. but start with one cap, you can always bump it up.. assess your tolerance, then increase to two if nesc. once you establish your dose, the results are awesome...
