![]() Alright, I finally got my stuff today from one of my neighbors. I would've gotten it a couple days ago, but it's been delayed because of the snowy weather. Anyway, I did my workout this morning before I got it, so I won't be starting it until the 31st, which is my next workout day. Some stats: Age: 26 Height: 6 feet Weight: 195 lbs Training Experience: About 8 years of serious training. Previously used pump products: NO2 Superpump 250 NIOX PlasmaJet Hemodraulix Workout Schedule: Monday: Hams, Calve, Forearms, Abs Tuesday: Chest, Biceps Thursday: Back, Triceps Saturday: Quads, Delts, Traps I've been doing heavy, low rep sets. I typically do two heavy working sets of 3-6 reps. I do a couple forced reps if a spotter is available. I'll be dosing this at 5 caps initially since that is recommended for my weight. I hate it when 200 lbs is used as a limit since I'm only 5 lbs under. I usually use the higher dose. I have weighed as much as 204, which was earlier last year. I will be trying 6 caps at some point, along with the libido dose of 8 caps. I'll try various things with the doaage, as per Shawn's suggestions, and I'll try to be as detailed as I can. And as always, I'll be honest. Inquiries: This is workout days only, right? Unless we're libido dosing? As far as hydration, I see anything that positively affects hydration is encouraged. So would it be cool if I drink a Gatorade or something like that in the 30 minutes or so following my dose of NOS-FX? That's all I've got for now. |

Dont worry about that one Rags, if it says 200 and you are 195-196, you can count yourself as 200lbs, no problem!

Hey man. Glad to see your log is up and running. Hope you get some awesome pumps with this.
I must add, however, about your avatar. I'm just saying, with the size and resolution of the pic, when loaded on my laptop, it doesn't exactly look like a bottle of 3-AD at first glance.

Alright, I took my first dose of NOS-FX yesterday. Yesterday was an interesting situation because the gym owner asked me and a couple buddies of mine if we wanted to go workout at his other gym, which he bought last year. It's a much bigger gym with more equipment and all kinds of goodies. So, that was planned a few days ago.
Being that it's a 40 minute drive to that gym, I had to plan my meals and the timing of my dose of NOS as accurately as I could to have a good, controlled scenario for my first dose. Well, I was successful in doing that. Here's how it went: 11:50 am: Meal of steak and rice 1:30 pm: 5 caps of NOS-FX 2:15 pm: Workout began 3:35 pm: Workout ended Initial Observations: Not a whole lot, but there were two things that I noticed. First, when we were just about to the gym (about 20-25 minutes after taking NOS-FX), my legs began to feel a little warmer. Second, I didn't really want to stop working out. I had a pretty good workout with a couple PR's, but I didnt' feel tired or fatigued. It's not that I was energized and was all hyped up, I just felt like I could keep going for a while. Now, due the unique circumstances yesterday, I may have felt the same regardless. Being at a new gym, trying to impress the locals and being there with a couple buddies of mine most likely helped the workout. So, we'll see how future doses go. I think I'll do one more dose at 5 caps, see how that goes, then decide if I'll bump it to 6 sooner than later. The Workout: Front Squat: 6x235, 4x250 Leg Press: 19x500 Hack Squat: 12x90, 12x110 I used on of these once like 5 years ago. Since this gym had one, I decided to use it. Standing BB Press: 5x175, 2x180 Behind the Back BB Shrug: 8x365, 7x385 Rear DB Lateral: 12x55, 10x60 |

I took 6 caps on Monday 45 minutes before I started a hamstring, calves and forearms workout. I didn't notice a whole lot. My calves may have maintained a pump for a little while longer than usual, but there was nothing too dramatic. I took the dose on a very empty stomach. I basically got of bed in the morning, took the dose, then went to the gym 20 minutes later. It went like this:
7:45am- Wakey wakey 8:07 am- 6 caps NOS-FX 8:50 am- Began workout 9:30-9:40- Feelings of nausea 10:15- Workout ended I'll be doing a chest and biceps workout today, so if I'm gonna get a better pump, I'll certainly notice in my arms.
